Extreme Kayak Fishing Tournament is the sole property of Extreme Kayak Fishing Inc. Use of this site implies agreement with all Extreme Kayak Fishing Inc policies.


Terms & Condition of Sale
Seller shall not be liable for delays or default in delivery for any reason beyond Seller’s control.  All sums not paid when due shall bear interest at the maximum rate allowed by law and if not paid on demand, Purchaser agrees to pay for all collection costs including reasonable attorney’s fees.  Special orders are non-cancelable.  Returns subject to 25% restocking charge. The Purchaser’s sole warranty is that provided by the manufacturer.  Seller makes no express or implied warranties.  Seller hereby disclaims all warranties whether expressed or implied by operation of law or otherwise including without limitation all implied warranties, of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose.  The purchaser agrees that seller shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for any loss, cost or damage or expense, including without limitation consequential or incidental damages, arising directly or indirectly from operation, condition or use of the product. This agreement is contingent upon availibilty of products, strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. EKFT does NOT ship out of the country.
